Want to meet Spidey IRL?
[caption id="attachment_806" align="alignleft" width="250" caption="The closest most of us will get to meeting Tobey Maguire"][/caption]Currently on ebay there's an auction for a chance to visit the set of Spiderman 4. There's not been a confirmation that the 4th film is actually going to be made but I guess they'd kind of have to admit to it after someone wins this auction. They can't really just refund them and be like "just kidding!" Besides getting to see the set, you and your guest also get to meet the cast and talk with them for an hour. The winner her/himself gets an actual role in the movie. (I would have to guess that it's a role similar to that of Stan Lee in all of the Spidey films.) Oh you also get to go to the New York premiere and walk the red carpet with your guest wearing designer outfits. That's pretty cool.
You should make sure you're 18 though because otherwise you have to be accompanied by a legal guardian. Chances of someone under that age having over $5,000 (since that's what the auction is up to right now) is gonna be slim unless their parents bid for them anyways. Oh also everything is determined by Sony Pictures, just in case you missed that when you looked at the site lol. So if you want to spend a bunch of money on a vacation you don't know when you'll be taking or where specifically it will be, go ahead and bid. I would if I had that kinda money just laying around but alas I don't. Sorry Christine you'll have to wait for your super cool birthday/christmas present until another time ;) .
Speaking of Spiderman 4, I hope Tobey Maguire signs on for it. I know he hurt his back and all but there are stunts doubles out there. I realize it's not as cool if you don't do your own stunts but Tobey is pretty good at being the dorky Peter Parker. Also, I saw Tropic Thunder last night and if you really want to see Tobey Maguire playing a funny role you should check out the fake trailer with him and Robert Downey Jr. I'll try to post it later if I can find a good quality video.

Fly little Moggie Fly!
Actually a Moggy is what British people call cats that they like. It's a pretty cute nickname actually and I haven't heard of it until just now. But anyway, 2 moggies have recently sprouted wings. It all happened during some recent hot weather in China's Sichuan province. The owners say that the wings started out as little bumps but now they look just like little wings. One of the owners even thought that the stress from nearby female cats trying to mate with her cat caused the wings to show up. I guess he must've wanted to show off ;) .
[caption id="attachment_800" align="aligncenter" width="468" caption="I'm a flier!"][/caption]
Genetic experts say that it's nothing to worry about though. These wings shouldn't do anything to hurt these cats' way of life. It most likely comes from a lack of grooming, genetic defects, or a hereditary skin condition. I wonder if they can't grow more than one set of wings. Read more about these cute moggies here. Also check out the cat with 4 ears named Yoda.

Who thinks Cher is still sexy?
Ok so according to the British Telegraph newspaper Christopher Nolan wants Cher to play Catwoman as "a vamp in her twilight years"-Telegraph. This is worse than the rumors saying that Angelina Jolie was going to play Catwoman *shudder*. Shame on you Telegraph! Don't start ridiculous rumors! First of all Cher is 62! Last time I checked Batman wasn't into cougars and without the whole villain love interest, why bother introducing Catwoman at all. Batman needs someone to love now seeing as how Rachel Dawes isn't in the picture anymore. He has a hard enough life chasing around crazies wearing masks. If Christopher Nolan picked Cher, I think Christian Bale would quit in protest to having to makeout with an old lady lol ;) .
Also, any rumors starting now are most likely just that, seeing as how Christopher Nolan hasn't even signed on to do a third Batman movie (even though I'm betting he will.) People are saying that the shock to this Cher news is similar to the shock of Heath Ledger playing the Joker but I don't remember that many people whining besides Jack Nicholson (man did he look creepy as the Joker with all that face tape, I saw it on tv the other day). Going back to the whole Cher thing though, who would choose her to be sexy when they've had people like Halle Berry play the role. I guess that movie was pretty dorky but I blame that on the fact that the director was too interested in showing Halle Berry in leather to care about plot.
In every Batman series Catwoman has been good at stealing for another thing. If I owned a museum and a 62-year-old lady stole something from me and got away, I'd be pretty ashamed of myself. I guess Cher is a big enough hippy to be an animal rights activist worthy of the Selena Kyle title but without all the other things that make up Catwoman she really has no chance.
There's also other rumors saying that Johnny Depp is going to play the Riddler. This I agree with. He's just enough crazy to do that. (He killed people with shaving knives I mean come on! Speaking of which, I still haven't seen that and I really should.) I really think it would be a good match for him as long as he strays away from the crazy that came with Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Well, I'm guessing whoever plays who in the 3rd Batman movie will probably be good if Christopher Nolan directs it. He doesn't seem to care too much about what people think of his choices and so far it's made great movies.
This pictures is still not as creepy as how Cher looks everyday.

Poppy the Butterfly
Poppy the butterfly is a red admiral butterfly that befriended Dan Southerland, executive editor of Radio Free Asia. The butterfly first showed up around July last year. It landed on his shoulder while he was taking a break from work by taking a walk outside with a colleague. Then it crawled over to his shirt collar and stayed there for awhile. That's when he decided to have this picture of himself taken with his new friend at a nearby MotoPhoto shop.
After that he "...decided to get the butterfly something to eat at the Smith & Wollensky steakhouse across the street."-washingtonpost.com. There the waitress offered the butterfly some strawberries. He didn't eat the strawberries but kept chilling with Dan until they were about to leave. Then the butterfly flew onto the blinds, where Dan's colleague was able to get him off with her ID card. The butterfly stayed on Dan even when he got into a cab. It stayed there until he got home 30 minutes later. After that Dan, his wife, and his daughter "...got the butterfly into the birdbath and brought him some chopped bananas and bright red and purple salvia from the garden."
The butterfly kept returning every day just to see Dan and kept landing on him gradually growing more and more brave by landing on his head. Dan even started coming home early enough so he could see the butterfly before it left for the night. Finally on August 15th, Poppy saw Dan one last time and flew up really high before leaving for migration. Dan hasn't seen Poppy since but he still remembers the time he spent in his garden with Poppy.
I wish I had a cool little butterfly friend that would come hangout with me every day after work. Make sure to read the full article here.

Ice Ice Lich King
Omg I just finally watched the Wrath of the Lich King cinematic trailer and it's so shiny. The undead dragon is so amazingly cool. Don't believe, me watch it yourself. I wish the World of Warcraft movie would look like that. Their cinematics are always so great. I'm hoping this expansion is really really good and that it comes out when I can take a few days and just play it. I didn't get a chance to jump straight into The Burning Crusade because of school and that really sucked.
Anyways if you don't know some of the new features that the new expansion is gonna have. Here are a few.
Death Knight - World of Warcraft's first Hero class (complete with all the necromancer powers you could ever want yay.)
You get to level to level 80 this time.
New Inscription profession (That sounds like some fun but probably is gonna be similar to enchanting. Hopefully it doesn't count as a green effect on the weapon though so you can have both enchants and inscriptions without them overriding each other.)
The new continent of Northrend (Yay I always love new places to explore :D .)
New customization options (They'd better let you change your old characters faces/voices-if that's an option. I've always wondered why they didn't have a few presets you could pick for each gender of each race. They should just make it like respeccing, where you have to pay money each time and the cost gradually degrades with time.)
These are just a few of the new things coming so check out the Wrath of the Lich King site if you want more.

Superman is gonna be emo now
Warner Bros. has announced that they're going to be making Superman not crappy this time around reintroducing Superman. It's supposed to be a similar situation to how The Incredible Hulk was a replacement for Hulk. *sigh* I hope they do it right this time. We don't need a box set of superhero movies that sucked coming out in the future. It'd be on "I Love the New Millennium" and I'd want to help make fun of it. Since Superman flopped in 2006 there is no Batman vs. Superman (It was originally planned for Christmas of this year or sometime in 2009) or Justice League movie (Thank goodness!) coming out for awhile. I'm think they're trying to give people time to forget the last Superman movie in order to help build up hype for the new one later.
This time around Warner Bros. Pictures Group President "...wants his next pack of superhero movies to be bathed in the same brooding tone as 'The Dark Knight.' Creatively, he sees exploring the evil side to characters as the key to unlocking some of Warner Bros.' DC properties."-comingsoon.net. By "DC properties" I think he meant making a good plot for the movie ;) (You know like Marvel movies do except for that horrible horrible X-Men 3 movie where Cyclops got killed in the first 30 seconds for no good reason besides the fact that Brett Ratner wanted him to. I betcha Bryan Singer wishes he didn't drop it to make Superman Returns now, but I digress.) How the heck do you show Superman as evil?
I'm betting they're gonna:
A. Copycat The Dark Knight by killing off the love interest Louis Lane
B. Find some red Kryptonite like in Smallville and make sure it gets stuck in him somehow
Wasn't Superman emo enough in Superman Returns? I guess not. I'm gonna look for some Kryptonite razor blades to give them so he can go cut himself to make the movie better this time around.

Phelps is Grrrreeeaaattt!
Ok I know that title is bad, but it fits. Michael Phelps is going to be appearing on a box of Frosted Flakes. He should since he probably eats like 6 bowls of it a day. Health experts are freaking out though seeing as how Frosted Flakes isn't the most healthy alternative of breakfast cereals out there. Rebecca Solomon of Mount Sinai Medical Center says "I would rather see him promoting Fiber One. I would rather see him promoting oatmeal. I would even rather see him promoting Cheerios." Eeww why would a 23-year-old Olympic gold medalist want to support Fiber One? Promoting that seems to me like he would be saying "Yay it keeps me regular cuz I'm old." I mean he may look like a monkey, but he's not old. Besides look at him splashing in the water when he wins. Doesn't his crazy expression remind you of Tony the Tiger punching the air?
Also, I don't think that the health experts should be blaming Michael Phelps for "supporting" childhood obesity just because he's appearing on one slightly unhealthy thing. I mean for goodness sake, he coudl've supported Cookie Crisps or something. These health experts didn't bother to mention how Phelps is trying to get more kids interested in swimming. Gee, I wonder if that couldn't help to cut down the fat little kiddies. Parents need to take more responsibility for their kid's food anyways and stop spoiling them with McDonalds every day.
Edit: Here's the prototype for the box. Enjoy :D .

He doesn't look like Yoda to me...
Yoda the cat is absolutely adorable even if he doesn't really look like Yoda to me. I mean it's not like his ears point out to the side like Yoda's and Yoda doesn't have 4 ears either. I can't talk though cuz both of my cats have weird names too.
Anyways Yoda was being passed around in a bar since he was part of a large litter of kittens and his owners were looking for a home for him. Once he passed out on Ted Rock's shoulder there was no choice for Ted and his wife Valerie. Even though they had promised eachother no more cats, (since they just had one die on them after 20 years,) they fell for the cute 8-week-old kitten and took him home. I would've too :D . I'm a sucker for Russian blues now.
They took him to the vet and they hadn't seen anything like it before. His owner Valerie is sure that Yoda hears fine and is just like a normal cat besides his quiet meow. People have also asked Valerie if she had Yoda's ears cut that way. I think that would be a horrible thing to do just to make your cat look funny. Then again people stunt the growth of their cats so they stay kitten-size during their also-stunted life of 2-3 years.
Thought I'd share this adorable cat anyways. It doesn't help any that he looks a lot like one of mine ;) . He's sure to be a lolcat celebrity if their owners put up more pictures though.

Fans might be tearing up about Watchmen soon.
I found an interesting article on Topless Robot today saying how Fox is trying to sue Warner Bros. for making Watchmen. "As big sis Nikki Finke reports, Fox—who for years sat on their old Watchmen movie rights while everyone in hollywood took a stab at making the film—has suddenly decided that Warner Bros.' upcoming film directed by Zack Snyder is infringing on their Watchmen movie rights, and are suing to get the new version from being released...."-Topless Robot. I always think it's stupid when a company tries to pull something like this. It's like way to wait until the movie is completed and then try to stop it from ever being seen. Let's have them throw millions of dollars down the toilet and then give Fox some more money. That sounds good right ;) ? I do think it's kind of ironic though how this just happened right after Warner Bros. decided to postpone the upcoming Harry Potter Movie.
Is it just me or does that guy look shockingly like Batman to anyone else?

WB wants Harry Potter to be the next Dark Knight
By now I'm sure you've heard of Warner Bros. pushing back the release date of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince to July 2009. I'm definitely not happy about the push especially since that'll mean it's been 2 years since the last film. Why'd they bother putting out the trailer this "early"? They'd better not do the same thing for part 1 of the Deathly Hallows movie because it's currently scheduled for November 2010. I'm not so worried about part 2 of the 7th movie since it's schedule for May of 2011. I still don't understand how movie producers are just realizing now that summer films make more money especially when it comes to kid audiences. I mean hello summer vacation!
There were some kinda dumb rumors going around that WB didn't want to tarnish Harry's image since Daniel Radcliffe is on Broadway this fall for Equus. This doesn't make any since though considering he already performed it in London last year. It's obvious that WB saw the success of The Dark Knight and we're like "oh, we should do that again" a-duh! I mean as of last weekend (Exactly a month from it's release date today) it's still at number 2 in the U.S. That's pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

Need someone to mooch off of for the FFxiii demo!
As the post says the FFxiii demo is coming out soon (I guess March 2009 is kinda soon...) and it's supposed to be quite chunky demowise (and exclusively on the PS3 *sniffle* :( ). It's bundled with Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete, which the demo itself is supposed to be longer than. The original Advent Children was 101 minutes long so since it's the director's cut it should be close to 2 hours long or longer. That's very cool seeing as how you can probably get into a decent chunk of storyline in that time because the demo is based off of the opening segment of the game. But seeing as how the demo isn't coming out until March, we have awhile to wait for the actual game :( .
There was some more stuff revealed along with the demo in Famitsu's 3 page article. Apparently the unknown female sidekick has gone through some tough times in the past. Well I guess I shouldn't say sidekick though seeing as how each character in the game is a protagonist instead of just having a main and supporting characters. The man with the shotgun who was originally nicknamed "Mr. 33CM" also has a name based off of weather. Maybe it's thunder or rain or hurricane or something. I'm betting on rain. The gameplay is going to be like most Final Fantasy games in the fact that it's a party battle system where each player takes a turn to fight. Oh also, the Advent Children Complete movie will be on a separate disc than the demo.
That's all for the news on FFxiii for now but let's hope some more gets leaked out really soon :D .

Deliciousness :P
I had planned to have a special post today but while I was playing around with Gimp yesterday it froze up and lost my drawing :( . I'll probably get the chance to work on it later today but until then here's something fun to look at.
Ok so in case you couldn't tell I haven't had lunch yet. I was stumbling and found some really awesome looking food and that's what I'm going to use to replace my lost drawing :( .
Anyways the first is this amazing cake. It's called "... Sour Cream-Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting and Chocolate Peanut Butter Glaze, though it is actually a Sour Cream-Chocolate Cake with Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Frosting and Chocolate Peanut Butter Glaze, but all you really need to know is that if you know a chocolate-and-peanut-butter lover, you must make this cake,"-smittenkitchen. This cake looks absolutely amazing and considering it's a cream cheese cake it probably tastes amazing too.
Next a chocolate chip cookie from Levain Bakery. I found it on Cookie Madness. It makes me want chocolate chip cookies really really bad. In the review it says that the thickest part of the cookie was close to an inch and a half. That's an amazing cookie plus the fact that it looks fresh and melty *drool*. If I ever go to New York I'll have to hit that place up definitely. Even though they have cookies by mail I doubt they'd be that good after sitting in the mail. Plus it looks like they're really expensive. For just 4 cookies it's $22 whoa! It says that amounts to almost 2 lbs. so I guess it's worth it.
[caption id="attachment_729" align="alignright" width="300" caption="I choose you Pikachu!"][/caption]Yay I love sushi, well veggie sushi anyways. I like the ones with avocado a lot. I found this site with 8 pieces of sushi art :D . Check out the site for yourself because it's got some more fun sushi pictures including 2 pictures of dragon/caterpillar rolls yay! That koala is super cute too!
Next, Pacman sugar cookies! Omg they are so cute haha. I would make these all the time. Maybe I should look for that ghost cookie cutter. Apparently guinea pigs love them too; if you check out the site you'll see it haha. I mean who doesn't like sugar cookies? :D
I think that's enough food surfing for now otherwise I'm going to die of hunger pangs! Hope you enjoyed the list. I might have to make food the regular Saturday topic ;) .

Wonderwoman would totally be a lesbian
I found another really cool article on The Topless Robot. It's "10 Reasons No One Cares About Wonder Woman." I'll give you the rundown of the list but make sure to check out the article yourself. It has really good examples of each case.
10. Her costume sucks (Scary blue patriotic granny panties ftl!)
9. No good storylines
8. Most comics are terrible (from what I've seen I agree)
7. Golden Age Wonder Woman was really lame
6. "Her Lasso of Bondage" (omg it's so true, I mean seriously that lasso reminds me of how much of a hoe Stacy X (Apparently known as Ripcord now) is in X-men. Also has anyone ever noticed that Wonderwoman's boots are so just red hooker boots? Somtimes really tacky hooker boots but still.)
She's gonna get ya!
5. The Invisible plane sucked (How dumb of an idea was the invisible plane I mean really!)
4. Terrible normal villains and almost no super-villains
3. Steve Trevor isn't hot are desirable in any way (why is he in that comic, clearly she's a lesbian people! I mean come on Amazon princess.)
2. No sidekicks or cool butler friends to speak of
1. She's just a girl version of Superman (and Superman really sucks, seriously Batman could totally kick his ass any day of the week. It's why he never joined the Justice League. ;) )
I'd like to add one to the list actually. She has no real secret identity. One of the main good things about superheroes is that they have to hide their secret lives from their loved ones so that
A. They don't think they're a freak and leave them ;) and
B. So no super-villian decides to kidnap them and hold them for randsom or kill them.
Plus isn't the whole part of a super heroes secret identity supposed to make them relateable and nobody wants to relate to a blue granny panty wearing Amazon that wears hooker boots! Does she ever wear normal clothes?

10 Cars that probably have 0 crash rating
I found an article on Wired showing 10 new concepts for cars of the future. These cars are built to be light and speedy since they'll need to run on alternative fuels and electricity because the "future will be a place where a gallon of gas costs more than a gallon of Scotch,"-Wired (Chuck Squatriglia) lol. Because of this though, you would probably die if you ever came head-to-head with another car. That's ok they're only concepts after all ;). Anyways here's some of the coolest most dangerous looking ones.
[caption id="attachment_707" align="alignright" width="300" caption="The Airflow"][/caption]It's designed by Pierre Sabas. It's made completely out of glass and has eletric motors that drive the wheels. I like it but I'm pretty sure it'd shatter into a million pieces if a tree branch or rock hit it.
[caption id="attachment_708" align="alignright" width="300" caption="Iomega"][/caption]Created by Joonas Vartola this car appears to be the limo of the future. You can see that the passengers ride in a separate section from the driver. It looks like it's pretty cramped for the driver but very comfy in the back seat.
[caption id="attachment_709" align="alignright" width="300" caption="Enigma"][/caption]Paul Howse is the designer of the enigma. His design beats the luxury of the Iomega if you ask me. "...the passenger compartment uses magnetic levitation to isolate it from the rest of the car."-Wired (Chuck Squatriglia.) That's definitely the coolest backseat I've ever heard of. It also runs off of electricity that it gets through solar panels but would probably snap in 2 if it ever got T-boned.
[caption id="attachment_710" align="alignright" width="300" caption="Phoenix"][/caption] Last but not least (well maybe) is the Phoenix designed by Sergio Loureiro Da Silva. He compares his design to a motorcycle with a sidecar. It's supposed to have maximum efficiency by using a turbine in the front with a kinetic axis and electric motors in the back. To me it looks like 2 smaller cars joined up. I dunno how efficient that it can be with all the air rushing through the middle trying to pull it apart. Also the turbine being smack dab in the middle would just cause more drag to the car. I guess it is just a concept but it definitely needs more work.

1972 Makes the normal abnormal
I found this interesting artist today. His name is Joshua Levine and he makes sculptures of animals. These animals aren't what you'd think though. He takes interesting looks at mutations and evolutions of these animals and they're really cool looking. From the pictures on his site it looks like he prefers to do sculptures in massive groups rather than just 1 or 2 figures.
He has this thing called the Stare Suit which does makes people stare at him since there's usually things attached to the top of it. From what it looks like there's also 3 tv screens on the back of it. I think it also must have a camera on the front for most shows. Anyways, here's some of the cool sculptures he's made.
[caption id="attachment_655" align="alignleft" width="270" caption="Yay a look at how the light up frogs are attached"][/caption][caption id="attachment_656" align="alignright" width="165" caption="In case you couldn't tell, these are the froggies lit up at night :D so pretty"][/caption][caption id="attachment_657" align="alignleft" width="220" caption="Lol I wish I had cute things like this crawling out of my shower..."][/caption][caption id="attachment_658" align="alignright" width="220" caption="A close up look of our shower friend :)"][/caption][caption id="attachment_660" align="alignleft" width="300" caption="Some very colorful lizardy things on a palm tree"][/caption]
Let me know what you think of these fun little sculptures. I wonder if they're for sale or if he just uses them for shows. It'd be really cool to have one.

Fruit Salted Plum Suckers
Looking at Thinkgeek today I saw that they had a new product out called Miracle Berry Fruit Tablets. If you eat one of these they're supposed to make sour things taste sweet. Personally I dunno if I'd want to trip out my taste buds like that. Also, they're not supposed to have any "harmful" side effects. It's recommended to dissolve half of a tablet on your tongue but if you suck on the whole tablet the sour-sweet change is stronger. They're pretty expensive since they cost $19.99. It's candy people!
After seeing these candies I decided to look up weird foods and found a few worth sharing. First, Seagull wine, take a guess what it is. "Put a seagull in a bottle. Fill with water. Let it ferment in the sun." - Weird-Food.com. Baby Mouse wine is similar. "Basically a rice wine bottle full of baby mice," - Weird-Food.com. Except it's supposed to taste like gasoline. Just what I want to drink gasoline yum.
Scotland has a drink called Irn Bru which I've actually tasted. It tastes exactly like pink bubblegum despite it's bright orange color. Apparently there's an indoor fair dedicated to it as well. It looks like fun actually.
Edit: [Irn Bru is sold in the US but I think it's in limited locations. Also if word got out that it's made from 32 fruit flavors I think Dr. Pepper would be in trouble with it's 23.]
In my hunt I found more interesting suckers. They're called Fruit Salted Plum Suckers. They're coated with a brine salt layer on the outside with a salted chunk of plum (a.k.a. Sabroso) on the inside. I've read that the plum is only in the large plum suckers whereas the smaller ones have the plum plastered to the backside. Either way it sounds absolutely disgusting to me :).
I'd much rather have one of these strawberry flamingo suckers :D.
[Edit: Recently these flamingo suckers have been removed from the site :( .]

Aww what a cute tiger. He's such a good swimmer lol. But anyways I found some cool pictures that I figured I'd share.
Also this delicious looking chocolate mousse!
Here's the recipe here!
ok there I'm done being random :D.

Montauk Monster Rumors
[Edit: Since some people can't read and like to jump to conclusions about my thoughts (without reading my other posts on the Montauk Monster I might add) I'd just like to say that I don't whole-heartedly believe all of this. I'm just stating some interesting thoughts and possibilities about the matter.]
So there are a lot of rumors going around that Monty is just part of a big viral marketing campaign. I read an article on www.montauk-monster.com describing how they examined the video with the 3 girls talking to Plum Tv. Anyways Nicky (The owner of montauk-monster.com) seems to think that it has something to do with the Cloverfield sequel. I think that this is semi-viable but it seems like it's been too long. I would've thought that if it was a viral marketing scheme, a few days after it was released there would be teasers on tv or on the internet somewhere easily accessible. There could've even been a camcorder (or whatever they're going to have the 2nd point of view be in the Cloverfield sequel) left with the creature. It all seems very fishy to me but the original Cloverfield had a huge amount of viral marketing. So maybe this is just them building up the excitement very early.
But there is good news. A replica of the Montauk Monster is now available on eBay. lol it's about time! I've been waiting to buy my very own Monty T-shirt but nobody's selling them. Maybe they respect him too much to put him on a T-shirt but I doubt it considering the spoof pictures that have been made using photoshop.
Just look at him, isn't he cute? lol the winning bidder even has the option of adding more blood to him. How fun ;)
Check out my previous Monty update here.

Shia LaBeouf gets to keep his pinky
Well I was going to tell you all about how Shia LaBeouf was possibly getting an amputation on his left pinky (and how Transformers 2 might be delayed more) according to Star Magazine. This was all just a big rumor started by them however. Shia's publicist is saying that it's a total lie. That's good because if Transformers 2 got delayed any longer I might cry jk. But I must admit the article by E! makes me laugh at their intelligence. They say "LaBeouf has been spotted sporting a cast over his damaged wing...pinky and all," yet post this picture. You can clearly see that his pinky isn't even in the cast. How stupid of them. I mean come on if you're gonna say haha you're wrong, atleast be right yourself you know?

I miss The Office
Yay The Office is coming back with a one-hour season premiere on September 25th. I've really been missing it ever since the "Goodbye, Toby" episode. I want to find out what happens with Jim and Pam, Dwight, Andy and heck, even Angela. If you didn't see what happened I guess I won't spoil it since NBC was having technical difficulties yesterday when I was trying to rewatch last season's episodes. I will say it was both awesome and slightly disappointing but in good ways.
Anyways this year mid-season The Office is supposed to have a spin-off. I was thinking it might be of the Utica branch with Karen but it could also be "The Warehouse" and show Darryl (Craig Robinson is also playing in Pineapple Express) as their "boss". Maybe they'll follow Toby to Jamaica. There's a rumor that seems pretty for sure that Aziz Ansari of MTV’s Human Giant has been cast for a role in the spinoff. Saturday Night Live’s Amy Poehler is also a rumored possibility. She's supposedly leaving SNL after her baby is born sometime around November. Personally I like her the insane way she is but I think she'll need to tone it back a little. Otherwise I think it will be too much for the show. I've heard a lot of rumors about Dwight being in charge of the spin-off but I really think he should stay at Scranton. It just wouldn't be the same without him.
In other related news Rainn Wilson aka Dwight Schrute, is going to be in the new Transformers 2 movie. That just makes me laugh cuz he was an extra in Juno as well. This time he's supposedly a school professor. I think he'd be a hilarious teacher personally.
Other shows that I'm excited to see come back are Reaper which sadly is premiering mid-season (So I'll have to wait :() on The CW. Also Scrubs is making the transfer to ABC mid-season for it's last half of a season. I'll definitely be sad to see Zach Braff go :(. Who knows though, it could come back since it doesn't have to deal with the competition of Grey's Anatomy. Oh if you want to look at the Fall schedule for all of the regular stations check it out here. Now I can't wait for September ;).

Keyboards full of Shiny Appeal.
This is definitely the coolest keyboard I’ve seen since the Optimus Maximus Keyboard (Don't get me wrong the Optimus is pretty amazing). It’s called the Luxeed Dynamic Pixel LED Keyboard and it only costs $199.99 versus the $1,589.99 of the Optimus Maximus. If I had a need for a new keyboard and just happened to have $200 lying around I would definitely get it.
Each key on the Luxeed has it’s own customizable color with 430 LEDs total. You can also program 4 preset patterns that can be activated by the touch of a button. There’s a mode called “Spark” and this allows the keys to light up only when you press them down. I would love that but I don’t know if it would make my eyes bug out while I was typing fast lol.
There are 2 base colors for the keyboard itself, one being black and the other white. The black keyboard isn’t as bright because only the characters light up. The white keyboard has semi-transparent keys so they light up except where the characters are. I would definitely pick the white one :). The numpad isn’t included, nor does it light up. This is kind of depressing but you can buy it separately if you feel the need.
I don’t ever recommend spending $1600 on a keyboard but if that’s your thing go for it lol. Personally I like my Eclipse II LED Backlit Keyboard. All 3 of the keyboards that I mentioned are available at Thinkgeek so take a look at them.

Yet Another Reason I need to go to Jungle Jim's
I saw this "Grown-up Soda" (GuS for short) on aol today and remembered that I think I've seen it on the Food Network too. I definitely want to try it. It's supposed to be just the fruit juice and some carbonation so it's healthy and delicious. Anyways there's a few different flavors available but I really want to try the pomegranate one cuz it's one of the juices that I love. The Cranberry Lime also seems like it would taste awesome but really puckery :D. Anyways I've been wanting to go to Jungle Jim's for awhile now but it's far away. So I'll just add this to my list of reasons why for the mean time. Anyways you can find it at several other locations so go try some and tell me how good it is :D.

Am I really that gay looking?
I found this hilarious video on College Humor making fun of Superhero outfits :D. I love the part about Spiderman because Mary Jane doesn't hesitate to offer her opinion on the Spidersuit. I also really love the part with Professor Xavier and Wolverine. I mean how many times has Professor X. had other people think about killing him because he was a bit too nosey? lol. It's also fun to see Captain Planet get laughed at. Anyways, enjoy this video and I'll post more later :).

Montauk Monster Update
A new picture of the Montauk monster was released on Friday. This new picture makes it seem like the 2nd picture takers rolled over the creature. Also, the legs seem to have been unbound by that small leather strap. This picture seems a little shady already because of the missing strap.
There are some things that do make a lot of sense about this picture though. The new picture definitely makes it look like a bloated, decomposed dog. On the underside where it was laying against the sand it's not as dark seeing as how it was out of the sun. It also still has some fur on this side. There are 2 flies more visibly shown on this picture giving proof to its actual size being around that of a dog.
The Gawker and I are still not convinced along with many other people. A new interview with the 3 girls that were the "first" picture takers is also out. They show Plum's Nick Leighton their camera with the picture in it and also the 2nd angle shot which is different than the rolled over pictures (That's 5 pictures now including the new 3). The face looks different in these new pictures as well if you ask me. Nick Leighton also reveals that they've checked with several scientists who all think it's neither a dog nor a raccoon (Still can't believe you said it was a raccoon Jeff...). Anyways you can watch the interview for yourself and see what you think about it (And notice the dumb girls who supposedly took the pictures).

Winglets look like fun!
On Friday Toyota announced their new transportation device. It's called the winglet (I definitely like that name over the Segway). It's like a lighter version of the Segway seeing how the smallest version weighs only 22 lbs. and can be easily folded up to fit into a bag. It can only go 3.7 mph vs. the 12.5 mph of the Segway as well. This is pretty slow so maybe they'll try to enhance the speed later while still keeping it as compact as possible. It seems easier to control from the video because the people get the hang of it right away. There are 3 sizes available currently and it looks like they'll have a few different colors available as well. I like the fact that you don't need the handle to keep it upright and keep moving too. Here's some specs available for the current 3 models.
A lot of people are saying it's the "Segway killer" but until it can move a bit faster I don't think the Segway will become unpopular at all. It definitely might get Dean Kamen thinking about ways he can improve upon his design. But that's it for the time being.
Here's a video of it in action. It looks more like the girl is using rollerblades by how she's moving. I like the idea of that versus steering with your hands like the Segway.

I want some Reeses Bats
Currently there's a big Batman the Dark Knight campaign going on with Reeses. I have finally confirmed that they do in fact sell bat-shaped Reeses cups (Thanks to one of my fave blogs) but I still haven't gotten any yet. I'm going to the store today just to look for them.
